SNC-S Clampnut

This series of 2 piece CLAMP NUTS has threads specified as COARSE under the Unified system of threads designed unifying the original American National design and the United Kingdom Whitworth design for inch dimensioned threads. This unified system brought about general interchangeability of threads achieved through the standardization of thread form, diameter-pitch combinations and limits of size.

These are the same as the CNC series CLAMP NUTS except that they are split completely into two pieces held together by two socket head cap screws. Benefits are increased holding for equal locking torque; and ease of assembly when shaft of spindle interference at ends.

This model is made of austenitic corrosion resistant steel bright finished and austenitic stainless steel socket head cap screw.
